How to order

How can I add a product to my shopping basket?

Go to the page Products for a summary of our products.
Click on the green cross under the product.

How can I complete and pay my order?

Click on the button 'Shopping basket' right on top of the page.

You will then get to step 1 of the ordering process if you are logged in..

Step 1 Check the order

Check your order and click on the button 'Continue'.

Step 2 Check your address info

Check your address information and click on the button 'Continue'.

Step 3 Payment

Choose one of the payment methods available for your country.

Your order will be final after completion of your payment. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

You can find your order in My orders.

What is the return policy?

You can return the candy free of charge within 7 days. We will then reimburse the purchase price of the goods, but not the contribution to the transport costs of the delivery.
